Fully equipped, beautifully decorated with high end furnishings, antique rugs, comfortable beds, cook in the chef's kitchen, relax by the stone fireplace, sit on the deck with amazing views, walk the fields, and enjoy thethe firepit. Farm House

A serene get away in a farm cottage on a real working farm. We homesteaded this property in 2012 and have created our own slice of paradise. We grow produce and flowers we sell at a local farmers market. We have Scottish Highlander cows, an ex racehorse, a shetland pony, goats, ducks, chickens, barn cats and a resident farm dog, Finula. You're welcome to roam the property, sit by the pond, visit with the animals, take a tour of the farm or explore all that Litchfield county has to offer!

Outlier Inn Bungalow on Farm Upstate Catskills

The Outlier Inn is a bucolic 12-acre farm in NY’s southern Catskill mountains, 90 miles from NYC. The Inn offers a peaceful, inspiring break from life in the Big City. Our sheep, goats, alpacas, and chickens are accessible to guests as well as our Barn Shop, which sells local goods and produce. There are a total of 12 rental listings on the property and we also offer full property rentals to groups. We guarantee a private experience even when there are other guests on-site.

Cottage on a Fiber Farm

Stay in a cottage on a working luxury fiber farm. Small charming cottage has two bedrooms and one bath, a family room, dining area and full kitchen. It has a cute covered porch. This is grandma and grandpas house when they come to the farm and is furnished accordingly. If you are looking for a modern open space, this is not going to be for you. This property is not appropriate for small children, please contact us before booking with children under five.
