Enjoy sea-views from the living-room or be walking on the sand in 1 minute. The deck at the rear is sunny and rural with a sheltered BBQ area. Fully renovated, in keeping with it's Art Deco architecture, the gas-fire warms the living-room. The kitchen is fully equipped, the beds are comfortable (king in master/twin singles in 2nd bedroom) and OSP for 4 cars. It's a 7 minute walk to the swimming beach, cafe and dairy. Take the 16kms to Taieri Mouth for coastal scenery, fishing, walks and picnics.

Relax and put your feet up in this peaceful hideaway, down a back section in the heart of Windsor. A 5-minute walk from the shopping centre with a supermarket, pharmacy, boutique shops, pizzeria, fish and chips and cafes. A short stroll away is the Waihopai River Walkway, the beautiful Queens Park is a 10-minute walk away, and 10 minutes drive to the city centre. Please note the 2nd bed is a fold out couch (it is extra) and the guesthouse is beside our garage (so you may hear the garage door).

Situated 10 mins from the township of Winton, central Southland. We are a sheep and crop farm, good views over the paddocks from the hut deck. All the basics you need, bed, chair, table, kitchen, bathroom and then your own outside eating area and bath on the deck under the veranda. Nearest town is Winton 10 mins away , with supermarket, choice of places to eat or takeaway. If you love being surrounded by nature but also desire proximity to town, this is the place for you! The tui retreat is a quiet and serene space surrounded by native bush and bird life. You’ll stay in the sleepout, which is a brand new, fully insulated, space which is fully detached from the main house. It has a queen bed (linen and electric blanket provided), it’s own private bathroom, mini fridge, table and chairs, and tea/coffee making facilities.
