Two full Bathrooms, both with walk-in showers We are pet friendly and the property is well fenced so your dog will be safe to roam around the lawn.

Lovely Historic School, Karitane

Our unique stand alone studio is a small, historic, renovated school about 30km north of Dunedin and close to the village of Karitane. The school has everything you need for a warm, comfortable stay. There books and games for your use. We live in a repurposed sheep shearing shed nearby and both buildings are surrounded by extensive gardens and plantings. There are panoramic views of the very picturesque coast line and out to sea. It is very peaceful and private.

The Whimsical Studio is a light, spacious and private wee haven. Fully self-contained with a larger bathroom, awesome shower and a well equipped kitchen. Situated around 10 km south of Roxburgh, in the heart of the Teviot Valley famous for its fruit production, 5km from the Clutha cycle trail, surrounded by the epic Central Otago hillscapes.
