Our cute and comfortable apartment is a 3-5 minute walk to Seasides best surfing beach (The Cove). You’ll feel like you’re in a treehouse with the forest out your back window and the beach out your front window. This is the perfect writer or surfers retreat! The Apartment is on 2 floors with bed, bath, seating and desk on 2nd floor and mini kitchen on the 1st floor. Our neighborhood is small, quiet and friendly. Two blocks from Broadway, three blocks from the historic Promenade and ocean, and the Necanicum River flows through the backyard. The river is ideal for kayaking, birding and taking in the mountain views. With such incredible walkability you never have to drive once you settle in at Otter Cottage. If you decide to venture out, there are many options for exploring.

Our Oceanfront Lower Cottage is a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom remodeled oceanfront cottage unit located on the quieter south end of the Prom in Seaside, Oregon. The master bedroom suite has a king bed. The second bedroom sleeps 4 with a twin over full bunk-bed and a twin daybed. There is also a memory foam sleeper sofa in the bonus room. Wonderful restaurants and activities such as riding your bike, golfing, surfing, arcades, hiking and more are right out your front door.
