Clean serene spacious King Suite fireplace 2 full en-suite baths private poolside entry. Pool is 4 u only (Closed 9/15) Play games grill or cozy up fireside w/a good book or movie. We r just mins to beaches, shopping, golf, hiking, biking, yoga, eateries and wineries. ~Adults only ~Solo travelers are welcome and safe here. The space is creatively designed with a nod to natural elements and Luxe comfort. Sleep your best on our Deluxe King Bed with choice of pillows. Coffee/tea/treats provided!

This light and spacious Sag Harbor Village studio apartment is a 10 minute walk from historic Main St. 5 minutes to Village beach. French doors open onto outdoor sitting area. Fully self contained and private. Main Street is lively and all restaurants are open. Central heat with it’s own thermostat controls & AC. Working fireplace and spacious bathtub make for an ideal cozy and romantic getaway. Parking in driveway close to entrance. Not suitable for infants or children.

Studio in Stony Brook

We have contactless check-in procedure & fully private entrance. Please contact with any questions! Large clean studio space that is totally private from the main residence. Private bathroom with toiletries included. Close to beaches, shopping, and SUNY hospital and campus by car or bus. Pull-out loveseat with twin size mattress available for an extra charge. (Book for “3 Guests” for this regardless of occupancy so we know to prepare the bed.)

You do NOT have to do any chores before checking out. **PETS NOT ALLOWED** I hate to do this but someone ruined it for everyone. Max Occupancy: 4 Guests can only bring 1 vehicle since there is not enough room in the driveway

My cottage for "2" or perfect for “1” (Are you a medical professional, or Golf caddy, tennis pro?) Perfect! We are just minutes to the Bay and Ocean beaches , Many great nearby restaurants, Charter boat/Sunset Cruise are within walking distance. The town is opposite direction 2 miles. North Fork 10 Miles: Shop: Tanger Outlets and Wineries, Breweries. Beach Chairs/Towels and Bikes are available upon request.
