Semi-private path to one of the best beaches in Montauk. Imagine not having to deal with Ditch parking but beach passes included! Twin Pond is a compound on 2.5 acres on Old Montauk Highway. Studio is one of 7 units—galley kitchen (no cooktop) with 180 degree views (1) Qn Size Bed. Walk to Town & restaurants. Modern chic with flat screen TV and WiFi. Ideal for couples/single. Outdoor furniture and a gas grill. Dog fee is $250 per dog. Only small to medium size dogs. No cats or other animals.

It has a Kitchenette, Central AC/Heat with a 65" smart TV with surround sound and DVD, Blue ray and Xbox Games . There is also at TV and blue Ray player in the bedroom.

Point beach, 1.5 mile walk, a Southold Parking Permit required. You will find 20 wineries within 5 miles, just a short Uber ride away.

We have contactless check-in procedure & fully private entrance. Please contact with any questions! Large clean studio space that is totally private from the main residence. Private bathroom with toiletries included. Close to beaches, shopping, and SUNY hospital and campus by car or bus. Pull-out loveseat with twin size mattress available for an extra charge. (Book for “3 Guests” for this regardless of occupancy so we know to prepare the bed.)

**POOL CLOSES SEPTEMBER 30TH** **POOL opens last week of May** This is a guest house for 1 or 2 adults. Its separate from the main house. Kids are allowed but must bring own sleeping arrangements. You do NOT have to do any chores before checking out. **PETS NOT ALLOWED** I hate to do this but someone ruined it for everyone. Max Occupancy: 4 Guests can only bring 1 vehicle since there is not enough room in the driveway
