Garden space, outdoor gas fireplace patio and BBQ shared by arrangement with owners who live in main house upstairs. Great location close to beach, forest and UBC.

Charming character home with a tasteful modern interior in West Point Grey, just one block from the shops & cafés along 10th Ave, transit, and a fast 20-minute ride to downtown Vancouver. Jericho Beach is only a 20-minute walk away. There are two well-designed bedrooms. One with a queen bed, the other one with a twin bed. The sitting room is well appointed with a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped. The second & third floors of the house aren't accessible for the guests.
