Hollywood Hospital, QEII precinct, Perth Children's Hospital, UWA & Kings Park are within 2-15 min walk away. Hampden Road is 350m away with cafes, deli & specialty shops. 3 bus stops (approx 200m walk). Walk to free purple CAT bus (Central Area Transit) available every 10min. 20min walk to train. Ideal for work, holiday or retreat.

Our spacious, 100 year old Guestsuite is walking distance to UWA, Perth Children’s Hospital, Sir Charles Gairdner and Hollywood Hospital. It consists of a large lounge room which connects on to a spacious bedroom with a large newly renovated ensuite. Access is via a private entry at the front of our house. We live at the back of the house so are readily available onsite to meet your needs. Please note there is no washing machine or cooking facilities. We have recently installed an aircon!
