Suitable for dogs by application only (additional conditions apply). 8 Milton Street is the perfect place to unwind and explore all that the region has to offer. Please note that 8 Milton Street is not a party house (strict 10pm outside noise curfew) nor is it a house suitable for Schoolies - please consider this before booking.

At Outrigger Bay we offer 1,2 & 3 bedroom self contained apartments in Byron bay. Our apartments have open plan living, spacious and offer a comfortable and relaxed feel. The Tree House is a relaxing home away from home with everything you need for a weekend, week or extended stay. We have reverse cycle AirConditioning and WiFi. Just meters from the calm warm waters of Byron Bay and an 800m walk along the beach from the centre of town. There is a 2 night minimum stay. The Tree House is a stand alone house surrounded by lush tropical gargens. A separate bedroom with Queen size bed and downstairs a day bed which converts into two large comfortable singles.

The brand new bathroom is a stunning space. There is a small fridge, sink, microwave, toaster, blender and basic kitchen needs. The town centre is a 2-3 minute walk from your door. Bento Box on Belongil Beach

Modern new studio opposite Belongil Beach with a short 10 minute walk to town and a 3 minute walk to the famous Treehouse restaurant and bar. The studio has a separate entrance from the main house. The kitchen has a full fridge, hot plate, microwave ( located in cupboard above the fridge) and air fryer. There is mini weber bbq for guest use. This cabin has everything you need for a lovely seaside break including aircon and a fan.
