Το άνετο διαμέρισμά μας βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της όμορφης και φιλικής Ηγουμενίτσας, στον δεύτερο όροφο της μικρής μας πολυκατοικίας. Σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση υπάρχουν σουπερ μάρκετ, λαική αγορά, η κεντρική πλατεία, ΤΑΧΙ, καφέ, φούρνος, τράπεζες, ανθοπωλεία, εμπορικά, ζαχαροπλαστεία, φαρμακεία και όλες οι υπηρεσείες. Η πρόσβαση γίνεται πολύ εύκολα με τα πόδια!!
