Its remote location, 6 minutes drive above the town of Oregon House, is an ideal spot for a getaway. With the entire apartment to yourself it can be a perfect retreat, a romantic weekend, or a quiet work/study space. A place to relax, meditate, read and feel a world away from everyday concerns. Cheerful New Cottage Style Family Mountain Getaway

Centrally located in the rebuilding town of Paradise. Every home on our street was lost in the 2018 Camp Fire. We are the fourth home to be rebuilt on the street. There is new hope for this small mountain community. Decorated in a cozy cottage look with comfortable beds and everything you need in our stocked kitchen. Excellent internet and a smart TV . There is an outdoor table for and gas grill. Our local marina, Line Saddle, has boat, paddle board and kayak rentals for a day on the lake.

Relax in the outdoor hot tub, swim in the large swimming pool, take a walk along a seasonal creek, stroll in the lush gardens or just relax on the green lawn. This guest-house cabin is nestled on our family’s 5 acres in the pine forests of the Sierra Nevadas. Only 3hrs from San Francisco, 2hrs from Sacramento, and 20min from Chico, come unplug in this newly remodeled space and enjoy a slice of authentic rural living. Recharge in solitude or get out-and-about to enjoy the countryside. There is nearby hiking, mountain biking, disc golf, & swimming. Also only about an hour drive to beautiful Lake Almanor and the amazing gem of Lassen National Park.

Historic Home in Downtown for a Couple or Group

In the heart of historic downtown Oroville, Judge Gray's home (est. 1875), offers four suites (each w/ private bathroom and shower), kitchen, dining room, parlor, office & laundry. A couple or group of eight can enjoy the house while exploring the beauty and history of Butte County. Located 2 blocks from downtown’s unique restaurants, shops and the Feather River. One suite per guest (two guests maximum per suite.) Unbooked suites will be locked to keep the cleaning fee affordable.

Ranch Guest Suite

Peaceful, quiet and private guest house on 20 acres near the town of Penn Valley in Nevada County, California. Our place has a remote feel but is only 25 minutes from Grass Valley. This is the place to relax, be in nature and/or visit the nearby historic towns of Grass Valley, Nevada City, Ananda Village, the West Coast Falconry, and numerous wineries. Do note that this guest house does NOT have a kitchen, only a small frig and a microwave and a hot plate on request.

Our place is close to Downtown, restaurants and nightlife, Bidwell Park and Chico State. You’ll love our creek side setting because of the location. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and family visiting Chico State students.
