The House is located at Central Zagori (960m elevation) with a view of Vikos Canyon and surrounding villages. After half an hour drive from IOANNINA, you’ll find yourself in a place where the only sounds come from the singing birds, the crystal clear running waters and the rustle of the wind as it flows through the lush trees surrounding the house. This is located on the edge of the village, ensuring complete privacy. The village square is a 7-8 minutes walk away. There, are 3 restaurants/cafes

Featuring a garden with a bar and barbecue and private parking on site, Rose Apartments Room 3 is conveniently set in Ksamil, 3 min walk away from Paradise Beach and Lori Beach. The air-conditioned accommodation it’s very close to the centre of Ksamil and well known restaurants. This studio-apartment is equipped with 1 king-size bed, a flat-screen Smart TV, and 1 bathroom with a shower. Towels, bed linen and personal hygiene products are provided.
