Cape Villa is a stunning, sunlit contemporary house right by the sea. It is perfectly placed to enjoy a relaxed vacation just by the sea, or to combine it with sightseeing around Athens. The house is located on the edge of the cape, just only 20 meters from the sea. It is about 35 minutes drive from Athens airport and about 50 minutes away from Athens city center. The center of Lavrion is only a 5 minute drive and there you can find many tavernas, coffee shops, super markets and bars.

Beautiful rooftop apartment, roof top with a view of the sea, outdoor balcony and kitchen. 5 beaches within 1 mile all blue flag approved. Local bus and bus to Athens. We are located on what is known as the Athens Riveria. Shops, supermarkets only 1 mile away. Free use of local tennis tennis court. We provide towels, and beach towels. We also offer a free laundry service. If you have a baby or small child we have a crib bed, also have a baby stroller, and highchair.

The Eleftherios Venizelos Airport is a 25-minute drive .The magnificent Temple of Poseidon is an 8-minute drive or a 15-minute by bus.This home offers privacy and cosiness to its guests.
