Βρίσκεται στον πρώτο όροφο, διαθέτοντας ένα ευρύχωρο μπαλκόνι 50 τ.μ. . Το σπίτι αποτελείται από δύο κρεβατοκάμαρες, καθιστικό, κουζίνα και ιδιαίτερο λουτρό. Μπορούν να διανυκτερεύσουν έως και πέντε άτομα. Διαθέτει επίσης ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ για τη στάθμευση αυτοκινήτων.
