Whether you're in town for an event or looking for a getaway, you'll feel cozy, comfortable, and right at home in this historic cottage. Built in 1916, the home offers historic charm and modern amenities. With more than 1,600 sq. ft. and three bedrooms, there's room for the whole family! There's a huge fenced-in yard and Macintyre Park is just half a block away. The front porch and back deck offer serenity under the pines. Or take a 3 minute drive to experience all that downtown has to offer.

A tranquil retreat nestled at the back of a 20-acre Pinetree farm. Here, you’ll experience the calming sounds of nature, with the occasional rooster crowing and the gentle mooing of cows in the distance. A few times a day, you can enjoy the picturesque sight of a train passing by, adding a touch of nostalgia to the setting. Whether you're enjoying a morning coffee on the porch or unwinding at sunset, the peaceful rhythm of the farm life invites you to slow down and reconnect with nature.

Adorable cottage located on a 1.3 acre lot directly on Lake Riverside. We are an easy 15 minute drive to quaint, historic downtown Thomasville. You will enjoy the old brick streets with many wonderful boutiques, coffee shops and amazing restaurants! Fish on the huge dock including a fish cleaning table with water. After a long day shopping, relax by the fire pit or curl up in a quilt on the screened patio overlooking the lake. Step back in time…soak in nature, relax and unwind!

The Cottage on Park Ave.

The Cottage is a detached , private building. The COTTAGE has a high-end, very comfortable queen size bed , high-end linens, and feather pillows. Also a medium sized TV in the sleeping area, on the wall for separate viewing. The Cottage has a new state of the art smart A/C and heating system , with full heating and cooling. It has granite counter top kitchenette. There is a full bathroom. The living room has a 32 inch flatscreen TV and a couch that can double for a BED.

Two beds feature queen mattresses and the 3rd is a “woodlands” themed bunk bed room perfect for children complete with toys/games/puzzles to play with.
