This one bedroom, one bath home hosts a king bed, lovely walk in shower, fully furnished kitchen, laundry room and coffee bar! All the charm of this home awaits you to make your stay one of a kind! Whether you're in town for an event or looking for a getaway, you'll feel cozy, comfortable, and right at home in this historic cottage. Built in 1916, the home offers historic charm and modern amenities. With more than 1,600 sq. ft. and three bedrooms, there's room for the whole family! There's a huge fenced-in yard and Macintyre Park is just half a block away. The front porch and back deck offer serenity under the pines. Or take a 3 minute drive to experience all that downtown has to offer.

Close to everything, a million miles away....... Down the two-track driveway, past the view of the nearest neighbors, our new custom cabin awaits. Rest easy on the screened porch, with its view of the two-acre lake or cross the adjacent foot bridge to the island. Fish for bass and bream, stroll the walking path, paddle around and enjoy the wildlife, or just relax far from the madding crowd. This slice of paradise sits on 12 acres; our home is across the lake, out of sight and out of mind.

Guesthouse - Studio in the woods

The guesthouse sits tucked back in the woods next door to our home, offering privacy and quiet once you arrive. The surrounding area is rural and unpolished - but the property itself is clean, peaceful, and thoughtfully maintained. Check-in is between 3:00 pm and 11:00 pm EST. We do not allow check-ins after 11:00 pm. This property is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues or who is unsteady on their feet. No smoking, e-cigs, or vaping permitted in the cottage or on the property.

The Cottage is a detached , private building. The COTTAGE has a high-end, very comfortable queen size bed , high-end linens, and feather pillows. Also a medium sized TV in the sleeping area, on the wall for separate viewing. The Cottage has a new state of the art smart A/C and heating system , with full heating and cooling. It has granite counter top kitchenette. There is a full bathroom. The living room has a 32 inch flatscreen TV and hey Ethan Alan couch that can double for a BED .

Sweet Dreams Rose City Bungalow! 🌹

This space is a historic building that was originally a gulf gas station and then a radiator shop for over 60 years. It has been converted into an adorable studio apartment. The main room has a queen bed, sofa, chairs, coffee table, blackout curtains and tv. The Second room has single bed with a trundle, table chairs and kitchenette.
