Private wooded yard with fire pit and chairs for relaxin. Wifi and smart TV for Netflix and chillin. Pet-friendly with an affordable fee. On site parking is limited. It is a shared driveway with our own home.

Seneca Place is a historic home. Our guests have the best of both worlds: a private full residence with attentive and available hosts (right next door). Please note that we charge by guest for requests over two, so please enter the correct number of guests to fully understand your costs. This neighborhood is very quiet with little to no traffic and the hosts are ten feet away. There is a covered side patio with an outdoor sofa as well as a connecting back patio with a fire pit.

Our property is located in Carnegie, PA which is conveniently situated between the Pittsburgh international airport and downtown Pittsburgh. Carnegie’s location is a dream come true, both I-79 and I-376 run through our town. Our property is a recently refreshed home featuring central air, off street parking, two fun decks with a courtesy propane grill, a covered front porch to sit and relax on, a complimentary laundry facility, and a updated kitchen to cook meals in. A nice space!

A comfortable private lower level (no stairs) apartment in the lower level of our home. We are in a country setting near interstate 79. Casual decor in a private space. Attractions 10-25 minutes of this location include: Key Bank Pavilion, Montour Trail, Southpointe Business Park, Southpointe Golf Club, dining, Meadows Racetrack and Casino, Tanger Outlets, Cemetery of the Alleghenies, Washington & Jefferson College as well as all of the attractions downtown Pittsburgh has to offer.

This Bright basement studio is for anyone needing a stylish, clean place to stay while visiting Pittsburgh. It has a new queen bed, sleeper sofa, desk, bar and a very large bathroom. It has a private entrance at the back of a beautiful 1890s Pittsburgh mansion. It works very well for travelers that are planning to work, or go out enjoying the city and come back to a safe, clean and comfy place to recharge for the night (not suitable for kids under 10).
