Set back from bustle of Brunswick Street, unwind on the private terrace after a day of exploring & feed the friendly rainbow lorikeets named Claude & Maude. My partner and I lived in this beautiful apartment for 8 years and we love sharing this special place with guests. Located in inner city, with pubs and cafes and cinema in easy walking distance, yet is surrounded by trees and close to the Merri path and Capital City Trail.

A Visitor's Parking Permit is available for free, unrestricted parking on the street outside the residence.
