Make your stay in an entire, secluded and very private studio that’s one mile from Hwy 99 just minutes away from Lodi, Galt, Elk Grove plus many popular wineries. Local inquiries are rarely accepted. What to expect: An inclusive and Private Studio for yourself with patio and BBQ. You also have access to common surroundings such as Parking, Hot Tub and large fenced backyard. Pets are welcome too for a one time $50 fee at time of booking.

You'll be staying in our secondary unit, our studio guest house within walking distance to UC Davis Med Center, Broadway Triangle District, bike to Midtown, or a 10 min drive to Downtown. We are centrally located to all that Sacramento has to offer! Flooded with tons of natural light, our bright bungalow can accommodate a solo traveler or a couple/ friends for the weekend. It's almost like being on a houseboat, and you can fish right from the deck! Kayaks are provided. Relax, swim, boat, or fish with otters, beavers, sea lions, owls, herons and more! We are located in the Pacific flyway for migrating birds, so the winter birds are delightful. If you like wine, there are dozens of wineries nearby.
