Located in the quaint town of Linden Ab. 1 hour drive from Calgary & Red Deer. This 2 bedroom, 3pc bath basement suite is furnished beautifully. Equipped with cable tv, hot plate, microwave, air fryer ,rice cooker, crock pot & 2 fridges. There is beautiful walking paths around nature ponds. The famous dinosaur museum & voodoo paths of Drumheller are a close 40 minutes away waiting to be explored. This basement suite is fully insulated /sound proof . The entrance is shared. The Burrow is a cozy hill-side cottage. This unique earth-bermed cottage is built right into the hillside - with round doors and windows. Private fenced yard with a cedar hot tub, BBQ, firepit, and seating. Inside the cottage is spacious but cozy - 650 sq ft of living space. There are 5 rooms,: a long entrance hallway, a bedroom, a sitting room (with a fireplace), a kitchen, and a bathroom. There are 2 queen-sized beds and a single roll-in bed. Located in a beautiful valley in central Alberta.

P-STR #2026-052 Clairebear`s home is near downtown area, with the dinosaur trail visible on the front deck next to the river, 5 min walk to visitor centre, fountain, Central Street, reddeer River, detached house, easy access to anywhere. 3 parking spots in total at the back and front. but You need to be careful walking to the front door, for there is no concrete by the stair that leads to the front door. Construction will be done in the spring. and the landlord can speak Mandarin.
