Are you looking for a quite place, where you can enjoy walking, hiking, cross skiing, or just relax? Why not choosing the lovely Appenzellerland, between Lake Constance and the Säntis Mountain, where you can have all of it? Discover tranquility and relaxation in their original form: We offer a tiny, yet comfortable vacation rental for up to 2 people. The house is very easy reachable via public transportation; the post-van is 5 minutes to go, with direct connection to St. Gallen (with an overall travel time of 30 minutes). The apartment itself is in the basement of an old Stickerhaus, that is an embroiderer house where once the famous embroidery of the region have been manufactured. We guarantee leisurely days in an unconventional place.

5 minutes' walk from a huge ski area and a bus stop outside for a 5 minute ride to other ski areas. No need for car hire, just walk from the train station. Ski hire/school, restaurants and food shops all within 5 mins. Great views across the mountains. Mountain nature reserve behind the chalet. WiFi, English TVs (2 of them!). 33Mbps Wifi One of five places I have listed. Over 800 guests a year now stay at my five holiday homes run by me. Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Casa di vacanza immersa nel verde

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The house between a small forest and a wineyard, the ideal place to enjoy nature. A nice place to be in contact with the nature and the beutiful surroundings. There is no Wifi and no TV, ideal to relax, detox from the digital life and enjoy the beauty of the nature. Very colse by car to Locarno and Tenero (10 min).

Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt Zentral und doch herrlich ruhig und ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für viele Unternehmungen. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuss in der Badi, dem Sportzentrum mit Tennisplatz, Spielplatz, Zwergenweg, einem kleinen Supermarkt und die Bushaltestelle ist gleich um die Ecke. (5 Minuten mit dem Bus zum Bahnhof und der Talstation Gotschnabahn)

Welcome to Amden high above Walensee! "We had an awesome time here! Lots of different activities to do, in an area not overrun by hordes of summer tourists. The house was more than comfortable for eight of us, and the balcony was amazing. Peter and his wife were lovely hosts, and I would absolutely recommend Peter’s place." Ayse July 2022
