Caloosahatchee Cottage - Waterfront, 5 min to D/T

Rest and unwind at the Caloosahatchee Cottage. This quaint guest cottage has sunset views that can’t be beat. Private space conveniently located just minutes from downtown Fort Myers. Full-sized bed, WiFi, TV with streaming services available, full bathroom, full size fridge and microwave (no kitchen). You’ll have access to the backyard and the dock (no swimming). You’ll share a walkway with the main house, but you’ll have plenty of privacy to rest and unwind. (Cottage is 160 sq ft total.)

PLEASE NOTE: The cottage is separate from our house and living quarters. The bathroom is in the back of the main house, just a few steps from the cottage, private and not shared with anyone. We take special precautions to thoroughly clean and disinfect the bedroom and bathroom after each guest. You’ll love our place because of the location, the ambiance, the outdoor space, and the neighborhood. We have a dog and a cat. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Nestled on the outskirts of Historic downtown Fort Myers abides the Mango Cottage overlooking the Caloosahatchee River. The sunsets are amazing. You will enjoy the luxurious linens on the King sized bed to the relaxing patio it will delight the senses. You will be able to enjoy the 60" flat screen Smart TV! . The cottage is complete with Keurig coffee maker, toaster, microwave/convection oven and grill outside. We are minutes from restaurants and night life. This is a NON-SMOKING property.

Welcome guests . You won’t forget your time in this romantic, memorable place. Started out as a man cave project then my wife added a twist to the norm / Florida beach vibe. There is dock access in back of property for fishing or just sitting to watch sunset. You can also arrive by boat :-) Very cozy to say the least. Very private separate entry from main house on property. Boat available for rental or day charter with boat captain inquire direct. Pool use available but is a common area .
