Relax in a spacious apartment above a winery

CIR:005001-AGR00009. Fully independent apartment w/ large windows which provide it with a lot of natural light and it has a very large bathroom & shower. There are two large rooms with queen/king size beds. The apartment has been recently renovated and it is situated above a local winery, Dacapo Cà ed Balos, which will make your stay even more special. Great view on lake - fantastica vista sul lago

This wonderful bohemian apartment is nestled in the beautiful countryside of northern Italy. 10 min car ride to Pavia and a 15 min walk through the rice fields, takes you to one of the most beautiful Monasteries in Italy. Milano is a 20 min drive away, by car or by train. The apartment is situated in an old charming farmhouse containing a living room with a dobble bed, a eat-in kitchen and a big bathroom. La proprietà si trova vicino a Milano 25 km, Pavia 15 km, Lodi 15 km, Colline di San Colombano 10 km, Aeroporto Linate 25 km, arte, cultura e natura. La villa è immersa nella campagna lombarda ed è completamente rifinita in legno. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, a chi viaggia per lavoro, famiglie (con bambini), grandi gruppi ed amanti della natura e dei cavalli. Possibilità di campi da tennis, voli in mongolfiera e scuola di pilotaggio droni nelle vicinanze.

La casa è stata ristrutturata con amore per i dettagli, gli ambienti risultano caldi ed accoglienti. Arrivando nel vostro giardino privato rimarrete senza parole dalla vista mozzafiato che domina il panorama. Cademario è il posto ideale per rilassarvi immersi nella natura, si possono raggiungere diversi sentieri. Dall' 01.09.25 al 29.05.26 e dal 01.09.26 al 01.06.27 nel soggiorno é compreso l'utilizzo dell'Hot Pot... immersi nell'acqua calda davanti ad una vista meravigliosa!

124 acres of fields and woods surround this restored barn built in 1730, part of a tiny private village dating back to the 13th Century. Wonderful view of the hills and countryside, wide country garden. Swimming pool. The place has been published on many lifestyle magazines. To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.
