La casa si trova nel nucleo storico, in zona soleggiata, l'appartamento è al primo piano e dispone di una terrazza con vista sul paese. Unsere Atelierwohnung befindet sich im Zentrum von Tenero im Erdgeschoss eines neu erbauten Hauses. Ruhige Lage, da keine Durchgangsstrasse in der Nähe ist. Eine gedeckteTerasse und eine Liegewiese gehören dazu. Der grosse Garten mit Feuerstelle kann mitbenutzt werden. Es ist alles komplett barrierefrei. ID 860
