Dalle finestre si può godere di una meravigliosa vista sui tetti del centro storico, sul lago di Lugano e monte Brè. Siamo in piazza Cioccaro, punto di arrivo della funicolare che collega il centro città alla stazione ferroviaria. È una zona ricca di ristoranti e negozi, la famosa via Nassa, con le sue boutique, è a un minuto a piedi, il lago a soli 2 minuti a piedi.

Direkt hinter den Häusern der Kastanienwald, gegenüber ein Wasserfall. Nachts hört man ausser Fluss und Grillen nichts. Beide Häuser zusammen; 300 m², insgesamt 5 Zimmer (davon 3 Schlafzimmer), 12 Schlafplätze, 2 Küchen, 2 Bäder, 2 Cheminées, 2 Terrassen und schattiger Garten — alles verbunden, alles für Euch.
