Meraviglioso rustico duplex, incastonato nel nucleo di Avegno, offre pace e silenzio. All'interno c'è un piccolo angolo salotto pranzo con camino e pigna e una cucina nuova; salendo le scale si accede alle due camere, una matrimoniale da mille e una notte e una trasformabile da letto singolo a letto matrimoniale ed un comodo bagno von vasca. All'esterno vi sono molti spazi per leggere o mangiare, una stupenda terrazza con chaise longue, un patio con tavolo e sedie ed un giardinetto con poltrone.

Das geräumige Duplex-/Maisonette-Appartement in der antiken Villa Rocchetta in der Schweiz wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail und ausgesuchten natürlichen Baustoffen neu renoviert und verfügt über jeden modernen Komfort wie Bodenheizung, Spülmaschine und Internet. Von der großen Terrasse und den drei weiteren kleinen Balkonen aus kann man die herrliche Aussicht auf den Luganersee genießen. Wer schwindelfrei und etwas mutig ist, kann den Panoramablick vom Turm aus bestaunen, der zur Wohnung gehört.

Ideal für einen Urlaub mit einer kleinen Gruppe von Freunden oder Familie, insgesamt stehen 12 Schlafplätze zur Verfügung. Die Rustici liegen ruhig, dennoch ist die Verzasca nur wenige Schritte entfernt und lädt zu einem kühlenden Bad ein. Bushaltestelle & 2 Parkplätze sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Fuori dal nucleo di Sobrio vi aspetta il nostro accogliente Chalet per una rilassante vacanza. Ideale per coppie e famiglie. I cani sono benvenuti e il giardino è recintato. Lo Chalet, ristrutturato in un open space, mantiene le caratteristiche tipiche di una casa rurale leventinese. Il terrazzo offre un tavolo e il grill per piacevoli pranzi e cene avvolti da un suggestivo panorama. Sole, prati, boschi e montagne accompagneranno le vostre passeggiate mentre cieli stellati, le vostre serate.

Appartamento(2.5) al piano terra in una casa di tre appartamenti, bella vista verso il piano, lago Maggiore e montagne. Veranda, cucinino, 1 camera, WC con doccia. NO camino. Condiviso giardino e lavanderia. La casa pur essendo circondata dal bosco e vigne dista solo 2’ in auto (15’a piedi) dalla fermata del bus e da pizzeria, Tearoom, bar. 15’ in auto dal centro di Bellinzona. Uscita autostrada Bellinzona-sud, a 5’ e 25’ a piedi dalla stazione del treno. Ideale per escursioni a piedi e bici.

Dall' 01.09.25 al 29.05.26 e dal 01.09.26 al 01.06.27 nel soggiorno é compreso l'utilizzo dell'Hot Pot... immersi nell'acqua calda davanti ad una vista meravigliosa!

Casa Müsu, grazioso rustico in Val Verzasca

Casa Müsu è un grazioso piccolo rustico completamente rinnovato. Si trova ai piedi del pizzo Vogorno, a metà strada tra Locarno e le pozze della Verzasca a Lavertezzo e Brione. La prima camera è al secondo piano del corpo principale: ha un letto matrimoniale. La seconda è a dieci metri da Casa Müsu: vi si accede con una scala esterna coperta e ha un letto matrimoniale (come in foto) o due letti singoli. Si può aggiungere un terzo lettino. Casa Müsu ha un posto auto privato.
