You are close to Rotorua's main attractions: Mitai Māori village, Zorb, The Gondola, Luge, Paradise Valley and many others. The local amenities include a cafe, a well-stocked superette, bakeries, a chemist and post office all within walking distance. Rotorua centre is only a short, ten minute drive around the lake.

The property is a 20 min drive from the city, down a shared drive.

The AirBnB is a unit next to the main house for up to 4 people, ideal for a couple or family with kids. The unit has a bathroom and basic kitchenette items, the main kitchen is shared with me in the main house. I have 3 large dogs that are very friendly and love guests.

Your hosts are Barbara and Phillip, semi-retired and we are happy to share the downstairs unit. It is independent of us with a parking space and a side entrance. As the unit is downstairs you can hear us walking around if we are home. Earplugs may be required for complete quiet. We are located in a lovely, well-appointed suburb of Rotorua only a 10-minute drive to the centre of town. Rotorua has a lot to offer whether you are on a budget or not.
