Enjoy them from the secluded hot tub overlooking a native bush valley complete with waterfall. Within half an hour you can be at the beautiful beaches of Mt Maunganui & Papamoa or enjoying the tourism Mecca of Rotorua A 1650 hectare all terrain playground is five minutes away, offering a range of activities. Auckland is a 2.5 hour drive away or a 30 minute flight.

You have off street parking & self access is via your own entrance courtyard. Forest access is amazing: 100's km of hilking and biking trails across the road. 5km from the centre of town and good restaurant/cafes/takeaways/local shops within 1km. There is some noise travel in the kitchen area as it is adjoined to our home.

A great place to relax and explore the wonderful attractions that Rotorua has to offer. We are just a short distance away from some of NZs famous trout fishing spots, Hamurana Springs and Hamurana Golf Club. EV Charger is available for charging electric vehicles.
