Nature meets modern in this newly built loft beside beautiful Lake Arenal. Hike the nearby jungle paths, visit a spa and the hot springs in La FortunaTown, the waterfalls around or simply relax in with the breathtaking views. The home is just a 150 ft. (50 meter) walk to the Lake Arenal during summer time. It’s the perfect place for kayaking, fishing, boating, windsurfing and wildlife watching. After a day of outdoor fun, check out our local brewery and eat at a restaurant in the nearby town.

Campbell House, a place to enjoy the Views

The house is nestled on a private farm next to the Monteverde Cloud Forest Reserve. It is located on top of the mountain with spectacular views of the Gulf of Nicoya and the best place to watch sunsets when the weather allows. It is a one bedroom non luxury house that was built by one of the first Quaker settlers in the Monteverde area. It is fully equipped with a kitchen, washing machine and dryer for the best comfort. We are in the cloud forest, be ready for weather changes and bugs.

In your cabin you will find a comfortable queen-size bed, and in the second bedroom you have two single beds (extra large 2,10m / 7 feet long ), as well as a private bathroom and kitchen with a refrigerator. Next to the kitchen you'll find a small dining area with garden view. Outside you'll have a nice terrace with chairs and a table. Wifi is at the cabins free of charge.
