The duplex has two rental studios one on top of the other, with a laundry room basement. Amazing up-close views of sand and surf including the Three Arch Rocks from every floor. Just stroll to the beach and restaurant and downtown in only a few minutes. Each unite offers a full kitchen, bath, propane fireplace, and private decks.

Cottage heated by a wood burning stove - so cozy. Some art decor may be different upon arrival than photos. Garage is not available for use by guests. 30+ day rentals available for the off season. $2,500 per month starting January 20, 2026 - March 30, 2026. All utilities / landscaping included. An open A frame two blocks from the beach and within walking distance to Nehalem Bay State Park and the golf course. Manzanita's main street with shops and restaurants is a short 20 minute walk or few minutes drive. A wood burning stove is provided to keep you warm and cozy! *This house is a one bedroom with a queen bed and a large loft. The loft space is where the additional two queen beds are located.
