Timms Cottage

Timms Cottage is a rustic farm cottage and allows you to relax with an indoor outdoor space giving you breath taking views of Mt Dobson, Fox Peak and our farm. The cottage is situated behind the family homestead within our garden on our farm, providing a peaceful and private setting. We are a working farm. We are 10 km from Fairlie which has some great eating places, 3 km from Lake Opuha and half an hour from Mount Dobson and Fox Peak. Tekapo and Geraldine are only half an hour away.

Green Door Studio

Enjoy the fresh and colourful vibe of this fully decorated studio. It has a queen and single bedroom ( with two single beds ) and a bright kitchenette, dining, living space with couch and freeview tv. It is fully self contained and has its own entrance but is attached to the main house where the hosts live. The kitchenette has a microwave and small appliances for basic cooking/reheating but is not suitable for every night cooking as there is no ventilation for strong odours.

Cottage on Matilda

Fully refurbished 120 yr old duck back cottage, spacious kitchen, 3 bedrooms, Shower over bath. Situated on a quiet side street. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. 5 minute walk to central city and to Caroline bay with it’s little blue penguins, Carnival, swimming and its brand new play ground. We don’t charge a cleaning fee but we do expect you to leave the cottage clean & tidy, a cleaning fee may be charged if place if left messy.

Wander Lodge - Cosy cottage in the forest.

Cosy cottage set in two hectares of forest. Log burner, outdoor pizza oven, well equipped kitchen, beautiful surroundings. Build huts, lay in the hammock or relax under the stars in the outdoor bath. Fully fenced so safe for kids to play & explore. Great for the snow in winter and lakes in summer. 30min to Dobson ski area, 45min to Fox Peak, 50 min to Roundhill. Lake Opuha 10 min. Take a day trip to Lake Tekapo (25min) to enjoy Tekapo Springs and Mt John Observatory.

Nestled in its very own private courtyard, Willow Retreat with its delightful ambience, offers you somewhere very special for a night or two. Brand new modern building with elegant interior, and coffee bar is the perfect place to escape. Take a 3 minute walk to the wonderful shops and cafes on the Fairlie's Main Street and the famous Fairlie Bakehouse.

Forest Bliss is a sustainable exotic forest surrounded by pasture lands. We hope that staying in our quiet, sunny cottage you can have time to relax/rejuvenate yourself on your journey enjoying fresh country air, peaceful walks and bird watching. We hope to see you soon!

Reconnect with Nature in this unique and stylish place. At Scenic views you can kick back and relax with a book or have a soak in the spa while being surrounded by bird song and bush views of the local scenic reserve (Centennial park). Or for the more adventurous, you can explore the many walking or mountain biking tracks right on our doorstep. With only 6 mins drive or a short walk to the town center and Cafes the location is perfect

Timaru Central

Built in 1905, and converted to 2 apartments in the 1950's, we live in the other apartment. The apartment is located in Central Timaru, being 5 minutes walk from the central business area and the Caroline Bay beach and facilities. Fully self contained, it suits a range of requirements from a single person staying overnight, to a family wanting a longer stay. Caroline Bay is home to a local small 'Little Blue Penguin' colony.

Fox Cottage

Fox Cottage is a modern 4 bedroom home, situated on Fox Peak Ski Field Road, near Fairlie South Canterbury. Due to its location, Fox Cottage is a perfect holiday destination for anyone who wishes to experience the great outdoors. With the Fox Peak Ski Field and the North Opuha Conservation Park only 10 minutes drive this home is perfect for those interested in tramping, fishing, mountain biking, horse riding or skiing.

Beauly Farm Stay Cottage-Cute & Cosy

Beauly Farm Cottage is one of those special places to stay if you want something that is bespoke and definitely not mainstream accommodation. Set in beautiful established grounds, this self contained cottage is perfect for a couple wanting the privacy, peace and tranquility of their own space in the country. Only minutes to Geraldine. Brand new 3 bedroom warm sunny home with large living area, Gas Fire, outside covered patio and BBQ. Please note this house is set up as wheel chair accessible. Free wifi included. The house is located off the main highway and is a 5 minute walk to the township (supermarket, cafes, shops and a playground), only 30 minutes drive to Lake Tekapo, 10 minutes from Mt Dobson and only 10 Minutes to Lake Opuha.
