There is a comfortable futon with extra bedding in the living room that can accommodate 1 person. There is also a desk that can serve as an office space. WIFI and Netflix are included. Free parking.

Renovated 2 bedroom (1 queen +1 bunk bed) walk out basement apartment with private entrance at Nellie Lake. Parking in the driveway (on gravel). Absolutely No parking on grass. We live upstairs in the main house so you will hear noise. Enjoy all the amenities of lakeside living. Take a swim in the refreshing water, fish off the end of the dock, paddle the lake in one of the kayaks or lounge in the sun. Enjoy sunsets and the call of the loons.
