Caz Bar Seaside Villa

Highly desirable location on the white sands beach of Areia Branca, just 5kms from the center of Dili, the Villa is on the same location as the famous Caz Bar & Restaurant, an institution in Dili since 2000. The Villa has a king size bed suitable for singles or couples, includes a fridge, washing machine, microwave, basic cooking facilities, tea and coffee provisions, linen, towels and beach towels are all provided, there is a flat screen TV, WiFi is only available in the restaurant.

Tents are just above high tide mark facing east. You get full rising sun over the sea. Most nights, can clearly see milky way. Facilities are being improved. There is bathroom with shower, and basic kitchen. The island has no ATM, so bring US dollars. There are 4 restaurants, within a 50 cent p.u. taxi ride. Badminton & beach volleyball available. Soon, will have paddle boards - for the lake-like sea. Atauro island has some of the world's best snorkling and scuba sites
