Κοντά υπάρχουν πολλές οργανωμένες παραλίες καθώς και η γνωστή παραλία της Παχιά ΄Αμμου. Στην περιοχή υπάρχουν εστιατόρια-ταβέρνες, μινι μαρκετ . Δίπλα από το κτήμα βρίσκεται ένα από τα πολλά παραδοσιακά μονοπάτια του νησιού. Η απόσταση από το λιμάνι της Τήνου είναι περίπου 6 χιλιόμετρα.

The house is located in Tinos town at the area of Pasakrotiri and offers a good location for enjoying the island. It is approx. 10 minutes walk from the center of the town & a <5 minute drive from the popular beach of Ag.Fokas. The house is very spacious with 2 floors and 135 square meters. The bathroom, WC and kitchen were just renovated and the large bedrooms offer plenty of space for the guests to settle in.

Villa 'Orion' is in Cavo Delos-Kanalia, just 10 minutes from the airport of Mykonos. The villa is situated on a 1000 m2 property with breath-taking view, it's coprised of a 100m2. house along with a 70 m2 fully equiped guest house. Also there is a new guest house of 50m2 fully equiped. Parties or any kind of events are not allowed. Rental of audio players and large speakers is not allowed.
