This apartment was newly built just a few years ago & still feels brand new. Located above the garage of our main residence, it has a private side entrance completely separate from the main house for total privacy. Set at the end of a beautiful subdivision just 2 miles from downtown Vineyard Haven, guests enjoy a private patio w/ gardens & a gas fire pit. Inside features stylish Vineyard décor, crisp A/C, fully equipped kitchen, large bedroom w/ queen memory foam bed & a large walk-in shower.

Harbor view apartment, a quick walk from the ferry

This is a great one bedroom apartment on the second floor of a house. My place is close to the beach, public transport, the Steamship Authority ferry, Black Dog Tavern, Main Street Vineyard Haven, Stop & Shop grocery, and lots of great shopping. You’ll love the convenience! Walk to the apartment right off the ferry boat. Lots to do in walking distance, and onsite parking. The Martha's Vineyard Museum is a 5 minute walk, down the same street. My place is great for couples and solo adventurers.

Sunny Studio Apartment on Martha's Vineyard

Our Sunny Studio is centrally located on Martha's Vineyard. A down-island location with an up-island feel. Open and airy studio with kitchenette and bath. The apartment has all the essentials. The apartment is located within walking distance of hiking and biking trails. A 10 to 15 minute car ride to any down-island town / beach. ***Please Note: Although conveniently located we are not within walking distance to Bars or Restaurants. We do recommend first time visitors rent or bring a car.

A secluded guest house with southern views over an expansive garden. Two blocks to downtown, the ferry, town pier and beach, restaurants, and public transportation to the rest of the island. This property is a refuge in Vineyard Haven’s historic district. Use our bikes to explore the island, or enjoy the short walk down Main Street to town beaches and fine dining. On site parking is available, or leave your car on the mainland and enjoy the easy walk from the ferry.

This modern studio feels secluded while only a mile and a half from Main Street Vineyard Haven, four miles from Oak Bluffs, and eight miles to Edgartown. This is the perfect place to unplug but does come equipped with everything you need, including wifi, smart tv, fully equipped kitchen, beach towels, linens, and bath towels for your stay. :)

Adorable new cottage, 10 minute walk to Vineyard Haven. Wonderful, cotton soft waffle robes. Garnet Hill linens and towels. Gas grill, full kitchen with all accessories. Beautiful landscaping. Lovely farmers porch with adirondack chairs and table. Very private. Off street parking. No dogs or any pets of any kind, . Please only 2 people. Children are people!
