Luxurious and spacious 2-bedroom flat in Tivat. Situated on the first floor of a building built in June 2018, it is very quiet and bright. The flat has a secure entrance. There is a double bed + single in one room, a single + pull-out single bed underneath, and a sofa bed in the living room to cater for 2 extra guests. Please note: A neighboring building is in its final construction phase (interior works only). Glass facade will be installed in early June. Minimal disturbance expected.

Gina - House

Gina house is located in a small picturesque village of Kakrc. The small village is filled with old stone houses, and surrounded by water. The heart of house is its terrace that sits right on the water, overlooking the beautiful Mount Lovćen. Kakrc is located in a prime location on Luštica Peninsula. it is 20 min away from Tivat and Kotor where you can go out and explore, shop, enjoy the local cuisine, but also close to some of the most beautiful beaches Montenegro has to offer.

Your vacation escape is a 10 minute walk from the center of Tivat, but our unique location above the town offers much more privacy than you would expect. The apartment is off of the street and next to a green belt so bird song not traffic noise will greet you in the morning. The apartment was built and newly furnished in 2024 with air conditioning in all the bedrooms.

Our place is in the vicinity of the seaside promenade, restaurants and the town center of Tivat and right in the back of Porto Montenegro. You’ll love our place because of the central location, the balcony, the views and the generous outlay. Parking is available right in the backyard of the apartment. Our place is good for couples and business travelers, and families (also with small kids). Children up to 6 years are free of charge.

This is a ground floor apartment of 34 square. It is very sunny, full of light and very warm during the winter. It has one balcony looking towards the mountains. On the opposite there is a big door facing on courtyard. It is equipped with a lot of love and desire to make everyone feel comfortable in it. As I graduated in painting I tried to apply my affinity for visual art in arranging this space.
