This 3100sqft Villa includes 2 master suites with walk-in closets and private bathrooms. One of the suites has an ocean views, and doors to the patio and pool. Perfect for 2 couples, fully equipped large kitchen, large living room. On 2 levels with plenty of private spaces for relaxing. 5 minute drive to the public beach. Air conditioning is not needed,cool ocean breezes are very refreshing. Must climb 3 flights of stairs to get to the house.

The beach is a 15min walk away or a 3 min drive. We are just 20mins south of Jaco Beach, 40mins north of Quepos and Manuel Antonio. The Juan Santamaria International airport is 2hrs away.
