New and modern holiday home by idyllic Røssesund on Tjøme! Peaceful surroundings, high standard, beautiful views, and evening sun, perfect for relaxation and activities year-round. Just 200 m from Regnbuestranda, a child-friendly beach with rocks and sand. Cozy bakery and restaurant (200 m), football fields near by, and scenic hiking trails. Tjøme Golf Course, grocery store, Vinmonopol are only 2.5 km away. You have to bring your own bedding and clean the whole cabin as it was before check out.

The beach in front is Bronnstadbukta, area with rich nature, perfect for adults and kids. Great hiking right outside the door, with numerous popular summit hikes and hiking trails. Beautiful fjord with islets and reefs if you travel by boat. Cabin also suitable for two families with 2 baths ans 4 bedrooms.

Modern and relaxing Apartment - Unique location

Close to the city in Sandefjord and still you feel that you are staying in the nature. Free parking outside of the apartment. Bus stops 2 minutes walk from the apartment. You will see the fjord from the windows and the boats to Sweden. It takes 8 min to drive to Sandefjord ,12 min to Larvik. Torp airport is 15 min. Put on your hiking boots and walk direct onto the hiking track and use kyststien. New 65 inchTV and high speed internet. When outside, there is noticeable traffic passing by.

Leiligheten ligger i underetasjen av vårt hus med utsikt mot Sandefjord sentrum. En trapp må gåes for å komme dit. Den egner seg derfor ikke for gjester med gangbesvær. Leiligheten vender mot nord og har litt sol på morgen sommerstid. Nærhet til mange badestrender og friområder. Det er bussholdeplass 10 min å gå fra vårt hus. 30-40 min å gå til sentrum av Sandefjord med flere restauranter og butikker. Supermarket 10 min gange fra vårt hus. 2 min med bil. 15 min til Torp flyplass med bil.

Hyggelig Kjellerleilighet nær Torp flyplass, togstasjon, båt til Sverige og kun 2km å spasere til sentrum.Her har du det meste du trenger til oppholdet ditt. Har du bil kan du parkere rett utenfor.Mulighet å sitte ute foran leiligheten og benytte Hagen om ønskelig. Europris , Coop Xtra og Meny, Apotek i gå avstand fra leiligheten. Vi er en famile på 3+2 katter som bor i huset over. Vi har ei aktiv jente på snart 6, så litt liv og røre i huset er det.God lekekompis om noen har barn :)

Vi leier ut et anneks/ skipperstuen som ligger som en sidebygning til hovedhuset. Adskilt med egen inngang og uteplass. Bra standard med kjøkken, bad, vindfang, stue og sove hems. Direkte utgang til solrik uteplass/hage med sittegruppe, solsenger og gassgrill. Stille og rolig villa område med 300 m til sjøen med flotte badeplasser, småbåthavn og den flotte skjærgården i Færder nasjonalpark. Mulighet for avtale om leie av gjestepass i lokal båtforening.

Kök och allrum med 155 cm dagsäng och havsutsikt. Stort sovrum med 160 cm dubbelsäng. Kök med ugn/induksjonshäll, kyl/frys, disk och micro. Bad med dusch, tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Parkering utanför. 10 minuters gånge til vattnet med stränder, klippor och båthamn, skogen 1 minut bakom huset. 15 min att köra til centrum, 10 minuter til Nordby shopping. 20 minuter till Koster med båt. Lugnt område.

Här bor du i härlig natur och bara 4,2 km från Strömstad centrum. Huset har separata byggnader för sovrum, kök/vardagsrum och toalett. 2 platt-tv med inbyggd Chromecast. Sovplatserna är fördelade på 2 underbara enkelsängar i sovrummet och en dubbelbäddsoffa i köksdelen. Nära till badstrand, golf, samt shopping vid norska gränsen mm.
