D-Art Villa is an exclusive holiday property , a brand new luxury holiday experience in Bibinje-Croatia. Our property has 5 modern and stylish apartments, all with the best features of a new-age smart house. This three bedroom apartment is located on the third floor of the property and is comfortable for 5-7 persons. The features include a double bed, air-conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a roof terrace with a hot tub and with a sea view, a lounge zone next to the hot tub, and much more.

Apartman se nalazi na prvom katu kuće pored mora, u ribarskom mjestu Tkonu, na otoku Pašmanu. S kopnom je povezan trajektnim linijama koje vam omogućuju posjet obližnjim nacionalnim parkovima. Tkon ima tržnicu, trgovine, market Tommy, kafiće, restorane, igrališta za djecu, liječnika i ljekarnu. Na plaži nema gužve, a za još ugodniji boravak na plaži, na raspolaganju su vam i ležaljke, prostirke za ležaljke i ručnici za plažu. Ispred kuće, u moru možete privezati i manji brod.

Set in very private grounds in the heart of the olive grove. Suitable for family vacations away from traffic, crowd, noise..yet only 7 km from the center of Šibenik. Guests can enjoy private beach in front of the house. On the dock, there is a boat mooring and a mooring buoy for guests arriving by boat. Canoe and kayaks are free for our guests.
