Vila sadrži 4 sobe i 2 kupaonice .Kuhinja i dnevni boravak su kompletno moderno opremljeni te imaju pogled na prekrasni Pašmanski kanal. Vila se ima prekrasne terase kojih najveća ima 50 m2 s roštiljem i ležaljkama i plažom koja je ispred same vile. Lokacija vile je idealna, svega par minuta udaljena od centra mjesta Tkon gdje se nalaze restorani, tržnica, konobe sa ponudom domaće hrane i vina. Contemporary Hidden Paradise is an isolated house located in a bay of Zizanj island. It belongs to the Kornati archipelago. Zizanj has no cars and is reachable only by private boat. There are 5 houses in the bay, all very private from each other. There is a restaurant 15 minutes walk away. Completely renovated, the house consists of an open-space with designer furniture, an open-plan kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in glass cabin shower, a terrace with an amazing view and a private pontoon.

Nalazimo se u mjestu Tkonu, na otoku Pašmanu, s kopnom je povezan trajektnim linijama s vožnjom od 15 minuta. Tkon ima tržnicu, trgovine, restorane, liječnika i ljekarnu. Ispred kuće u moru, na bovu možete privezati čamac do 6 metara.

Na drugom katu su dvije sobe s bračnim krevetom i zasebnim kupatilom.Kuća ima više terasa: privatnu uz kuću s pogledom na grad i rijeku te prostranu središnju terasu s roštiljem.
