Wander- und Radwege, Loipen und Skilifte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die große Wohn-Ess-Küche mit langem Esstisch, Kochinsel, offenem Kamin, 55"TV, Flipchart bei Bedarf, 2 Balkone, Grill- und Feuerstelle draußen, laden ein zum gemeinsamen Beisammensein mit Freunden/Familie oder Meetings mit Kollegen und Geschäftspartnern.

Hier kann man den Alltag links liegen lassen, in klarer Höhenluft entspannen, Energie tanken, Ruhe, Landschaft und Natur genießen, am Lagerfeuer dem Rauschen des Wildbachs lauschen, den Geist in die Ferne und den Blick bis zum Horizont schweifen lassen – und dies zu jeder Jahreszeit. Im Sommer ein Paradies zum Wandern & Biken, im Winter zum Skifahren & Langlaufen.

Gemütliche Wohnung nahe Freiburg

The apartment is situated on the top floor of a newly renovated house in the center of Kirchzarten. The location, close to the train station is perfect for trips to Freiburg or the black forest. Don't worry, you won't hear any train traffic due to the insulated windows. You can use the front yard exclusively. Grocery stores, a public pool, restaurants, bakeries, a pharmacy and an ice cream shop are within walking distance. Free parking is available just around the corner.

Haus am Albsteig - Ferienwohnung mit Garten

Approx. 85 m² apartment, completely refurnished and renovated in 2020. The second bed is a folding bed that can be placed in the bedroom or living room. Directly in front of the living room there is a terrace, in addition a large garden can also be used. Directly on the hiking trail "Albsteig". Schluchsee, Titisee and Feldberg about 30-40 km away, border crossing to Switzerland about 7 km. Own car required, as there is no shopping facility in the village (about 4 km away).

Unsere Ferienwohnung (ca. 70 qm ) liegt am Rande des kleinen Ortes Geschwend, im Todtnauer Ferienland. Geschwend hat ca. 410 Einwohner. Die Unterkunft ist gut für 2-4 Personen. Paare, Alleinreisende, Geschäftsreisende und Familien mit grösseren Kindern. Sie beinhaltet ein Doppelbett auf der Galerie, sowie im Wohnbereich eine ausziehbares Sofabett. The apartment spans three floors and accommodates up to 6 guests across four bedrooms, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen – secluded and peaceful in a quiet side valley, yet only 15 minutes from the Feldberg ski resort and the Black Forest highlands.
