It has WiFi and is fully equipped, including a washing machine, TV, air conditioning, and Nespresso coffee maker - all just ready for your comfort and enjoyment! The apartment is a studio open space apartment - and it's all yours to enjoy! There are no areas in the apartment that you cannot use or access! We love hosting, but also respect our guests' privacy! We are here for you as much as you would like! Located just off Gran Via in lively buzzing Malasana neighborhood with its great range of authentic cafes, tapas & bars. Huge Zara Primark & Mango are minutes away. Best Madrid sites like Royal Palace, Puerta del Sol & Museums are in walking distance The Central Metro Station Gran Via is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. From there you can take the metro to anywhere you want in Madrid and also to all the train stations that will take you out of Madrid to the rest of Spain. If you come by car, a big parking lot is located at Barco 1, Madrid, just a minute from the apartment. There is also a bicycle-rental station close by. A hosting kit of water, soda, milk, coffee, tea and sweetners will be waiting to welcome you :-)

Nos encontramos en la Calle Carlos Arniches Nº 11 en pleno Centro de Madrid, a dos minutos del metro de la Latina, en esta calle ponen El Rastro todos los domingos, el apartamentos cuenta con habitación independiente, un baño completo y un espacio de salón con cocina Americana. El apartamento es superluminoso ya que tiene mucha luz natural tanto en salón como en la habitación. La Cava Baja es una de las principales calles del barrio de La Latina, “el barrio del tapeo por excelencia”, la parte de Madrid más antigua y tradicional, zona muy frecuentada los domingos después del rastro tanto por los por madrileños como para los turistas.
