The suite features a private entrance, sleeps up to 6, full bath, full kitchen, washer/dryer, fireplaces, Wi-Fi, and more. A staircase leads down to a beautiful valley and river beach. Enjoy water recreation such as fishing, kayaking, swimming, etc. It's a great location for walleye season and a fisherman's dream!

Hello, we are Scott and Jennifer your hosts. We are proud to say we have the most booked homes in the area. When walking into our homes you will hear soothing classical music. Go to the refrigerator and help yourself to a cold drink. take a dip in the nice warm hot tub, take advantage of the nice warm robes provided for you. Our beds are second to none. Premium mattresses, goose down comforters, goose down pillows. We also have a laundry facility to be sure linens are spot free and sanitized.

Riverfront Cottage with Hot Tub & Kayaks

Smaller private cottage located in a park like setting on the water. Ideal for a couple's get-away. This is a one room 16'X20' studio apartment which includes a separate bathroom and two sleeper sofas that pull out into double sized beds and double mattresses for comfort. The entire cottage has been remodeled and features a new kitchen and a new bath. You'll have free use of 2 kayaks and a canoe, along with life preservers and paddles. There are six kayaks shared between 3 cottages.

Cozy Lake House

Located in a quiet neighborhood, this cottage is at the end of the peninsula on the water. Walk up to the top of the hill and watch the boats go by from the bench or at the park on the corner. Enjoy amazing sun and moonrises. Build a fire in the campfire ring while you listen to the waves. View the sunsets from waterfront restaurants. The inside is open and airy. Bedrooms are comfy. Welcome to our 1 bedroom cottage on the river in Waterville, Ohio! There is a queen bed as well as a large "L" shaped sofa that sleeps 2 comfortably. It abuts a 12-mile-long nature trail that winds along the river for hiking & biking. We have 12 cottages & a VW Bus campsite so let us know if you need additional accommodations for friends or family. Free use of kayaks and canoes to explore the beautiful islands. Enjoy quiet, rustic living just minutes from downtown Perrysburg. Located on the Maumee river. You will see all kinds of wildlife and feel relaxation in the cabin at our river home. The cabin is attached to the main home with separate entrance and separate space. There is an area for sitting outside to enjoy the views or make a fire. Guests are also allowed to use the dock space for fishing kayaking or just relaxing To get to the cabin you have to walk down 45 steps
