Hayts Chapel, on a beautiful and private half acre has a large open space with hardwood floors, high ceilings, partitioned bedroom, full bathroom, and kitchen. Large old windows with wavy glass let in tons of light, but insulated attic keeps it cool. Outdoors has an eating area, stone fire pit, and plenty of parking. Close to downtown, gorges, wineries and u-pick farms, this quiet setting with relaxing ambiance is a wonderful space for a home-base while visiting Ithaca and the Fingerlakes!

Bright and welcoming 1 bed/1 bath apartment with a private entrance. Located 1.5 mi from Cornell University. Next to East Hill Plaza; supermarket, drug store, shopping, dining, gym, gas and wine store are just minutes away. TCAT bus service is one block from the apartment. This non-smoking apartment is well-stocked with all the amenities you need for a comfortable and restful stay. Fully furnished with eat-in kitchen, shower, and a beautiful, sunny bedroom.
