We are 7-10 minutes to Ithaca, 15 min to IC, & ~20 min to Cornell. You’ll love the view of the valley, and our yard was built for entertaining. There are 2 fire pits, 2 screened-in porches, & a hand-built lean-to/gazebo in woods.

Catkin Hollow is a friendly homestead with goats, chickens, dogs, and the occasional pig and sheep family. Views across the hollow are fantastic for sunrises. This inspired home is in the heart of the finger lakes near spectacular waterfalls and the rich culture of a Trumansburg, NY. This lovingly restored 1800s home is centered within a beautiful garden and is heated by fire. The gardens change seasonally with an array of beautiful flowers and vegetables which find their way to our urban farm stand. While offering excellent privacy, it is just down the hill to the community kitchen and full bathroom with hot shower and flush toilet (you are welcome to use the private outhouse, as well.) The cabin sits 4 miles east of Ithaca downtown and Cornell, surrounded by hiking trails, 45 minutes to Seneca wineries and an hour from Skaneateles or Syracuse. This is a great base camp for all your central New York adventures. Go for a hike to a waterfall, soak in the claw foot tub, let the dogs run in the yard, and make a delicious meal in the kitchen. It has a bedroom with a queen bed as well as a loft with a full size bed and twin floor mattress. There is a lovely full size marble bathroom and well equipped kitchen. The open living room kitchen area has a cozy propane operated fireplace.

Nestle up on the couch or hang out outside around the fire pit after a day in the water on our private beach with 400' of frontage and docks for fishing, swimming, and boating. Sleeps 6!
