Cozy lake house retreat, able to sleep up to 5. Walking distance to the lake that includes boat ramp, fishing dock, swimming area and parking. Large deck great for entertaining, recently added concrete driveway and side walk. New gazebo on front deck for those lazy days of relaxing along with taking in nature and the lake life pace. BBQ grill and fire pit. Surrounding area with restaurants and shopping. Only 27 miles away is Canton Trade Days. ****Please note: NO PET policy. No Service Animals*

This newly built home sits on two acres of lakefront property. Only an hour outside of Dallas but feels miles away from everything. Whether it is relaxing in the spa, pool, playing pickleball, having coffee on the back porch, enjoying the firepit or kayaks… This place has it all! It’s truly a secluded, beautiful place to unwind and relax with family and friends. Prior to booking with us, I want to state that the spa is not a hot tub. So if it is below freezing it can’t be run. Thank you!!!

Lakefront House with Party Dock and Huge Porch!

Come stay with us at Cedar Creek Lake! We have the perfect house for a small family trip, couples weekend, girls/ guys weekend, or even a fishing trip. Our slice of paradise includes 2 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 full bathrooms. We have an air mattress or two as well as the couch for those larger groups. Hands down the best part of this house is the large wide open deck on the back porch as well as the party dock! Head up there in the evening with a cool drink to check out gorgeous sunset.

If you’re looking for a peaceful, relaxing place where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets, soak in the hot tub under the stars, and chill and grill, this is it! It’s a cute and comfy 2-bedroom, one bath cabin on Cedar Creek Lake. Easy access to the water for swimming. Kayaks and Paddle boards available. JetSki is available for longer term (3-6 month) rentals. The home is on half an acre with open water. Pet friendly as the property is totally fenced in. There is a $70 pet fee per trip.
