Ginger is an elegant, generous home located in Sawtell. Your booking is for the whole of Ginger. It features three discrete suites, each with a/c: White, Red and Blue Ginger. Each suite has an unique theme and its own bathroom. Ginger is ideally set up for a family gathering. Ginger has a beautiful stainless steel chef's kitchen, including the European equipment, a comfortable lounge dining area including a library. The garden is a delightful oasis to utilise the outdoor kitchen and BBQ.

Original 1940's beach cottage lovingly restored and updated for another eighty years of use for our family and our guests. Set on the first Valla beach street surrounded by homes used for generations by families from Armidale for their year round beach holidays. It's just a gentle downhill stroll to the 5 km long dog friendly beach backed by untouched forest reserve and an equally easy amble up to the cafe with its beautiful coffees and food. Welcome to Matilda - glamping at its best: king bed, inside toilet, BBQ, awesome outdoor bath. It’s the perfect getaway to unwind, relax and enjoy in a natural bush setting. Complete privacy to recharge, reset and reconnect however be mindful no power points, no air con, no fridge, limited window screens, large esky is provided and ice available at the local servo. 5G Telstra service and Pets welcome also its cicada and bug season and checkout the guidebook for things to do. We are warm and friendly hosts and will feel honored to welcome you to our beautiful home. Combination of old world charm and Asian ambiance. Separate entrance and self check in. Two large rooms (lounge room and bedroom), kitchen area, bathroom, veranda and backyard. Central location. I live in the front of the home and your self contained guest suite is at the rear of the home. You can have complete privacy. I usually introduce myself during your stay. Good Free Wifi.

Plus we are located an easy 2 minute drive into the Fig tree lined main street of Sawtell, with cafe's, boutique shopping and beaches.
