Modern & spacious 7 bedroom home, 2 bathrooms, and great living dining area that flows out onto a north facing patio. Close to Gabbinbar Homestead (2km) and Preston Peak Winery (8.5km). Set on a 600m2 block in a quiet street of Toowoomba most sort after suburb. Double garage, wifi, 2x smart tv & BBQ. STRICTLY NO PETS, or noise after 10pm. I’ve had complaints from neighbours & council for unattended dogs barking and partying after 10pm. Any further complaints may result in eviction.

East Toowoomba - cottage

A duplex cottage located at the top of the range, and close to the city centre, Queen's Park, schools and hospitals, and easy to locate for out of towners.
