The studio features a small kitchenette (fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster), smart TV, books, games, a queen sized bed, and an optional sofa bed. The compact bathroom includes a shower, basin and toilet. Ideal for short or extended stays in a peaceful space.

Our newly renovated home in Toowoomba city is walking distance to the CBD, parks, cafes, major shopping centres. Our property is also under 1km distance to Toowoomba Base hospital. We have set the property up with your family in mind and can accomodate your furry friends(outside only) We also offer a comfortable space for the busy professional with a dedicated workspace available. For those that enjoy the chance to sit outside to relax, we have outdoor seating at the front & back of the house

Eldridge -Little Brick House- Circa 1889

Eldridge -Little Brick House- is my home but now the guest suite allows you to enjoy the charm of this special space. This beautiful little cottage was built in 1889 by bricklayer Albert Egbert Eldridge. Enjoy the gorgeous rustic brick interior complimented by beautiful modern conveniences. Centrally located to inner Toowoomba. Eldridge has had a renovation to make a cosy, comfortable completely private guest space. There are four steps up to the verandah to allow access to the guest suite.
