It's just 4 min drive to Gabbinbar Homestead, 8 min to the Uni of South Qld and 10 min to the Toowoomba town centre. Enjoy an afternoon drink on the deck and possibly spot a koala, take a dip in our pool. The spacious studio has its own kitchen, internet, fireplace for winter and aircon for summer.

Relax in the Spa bath with a bottle of wine, scented candle and wood fire, all overlooking a private amazing view. The Treehouse is fully self contained, with a coffee machine and small variety of condiments. A full breakfast is supplied for you to cook in the kitchen or on the BBQ at your leisure. Firewood is supplied and there is reverse cycle air con. We have also included an insulated Picnic Bag and Picnic Rug for you to head out and explore the Scenic Southern Downs. Enjoy.

The property is set into East Creek Parkland & consists of 2 private, self contained suites 40 & 42. 42 is the front guest suite & enjoys lovely park views from the front deck and its large windows in the queen size B/R. With french doors opening onto the deck, generous built in robes and large drawer unit & bedside draws, this room is a winner. Seperate toilet and bathroom bath. open plan living areas.

Scandinavian style apartment in one acre of tranquil gardens, with mature trees full of birdlife. Relax and enjoy our authentic Finnish sauna, a dip in the pool or drinks on the deck! The apartment occupies the lower floor of our home and has a separate entrance and private access to the garden. Located in a peaceful neighbourhood (range-side) near Gabbinbar Homestead, Middle Ridge golf course, local shops and only a 5 minute drive to USQ and 9 minutes to Preston Peak Winery.

Set on the edge of the range, it offers sweeping valley views. Ideal for weddings, business trips, holidays, stopovers, or the Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers. Enjoy spacious rooms overlooking the garden and mountains. Not suitable for children under 12 or smokers due to allergies.
