Kathy's Kottage (near Legends)hot tub-fire pit

First of - Kathy’s Kottage offers a uniquely private, warm and inviting detached cottage. We are not a huge commercial venture, but owned, operated, maintained, and cleaned by hosts who live within 150 yards. The Kottage is our only offering. We charge a cleaning fee of $35 a stay, so there isn't a list of chores at check out. We take up to 4 hours between every stay to extensively clean and disinfect every surface. We are proud of the Kottage as shown in every review over the last four years.

Private deck with lighting is the perfect place to relax with family and friends! Free washer & dryer on site, fully stocked!

Fully furnished 2 bedroom single bath walkout overlooking golden pastures down to Pomona Lake. From every window, you can see the beautiful views of Pomona Lake and the wild sunflower fields that lead you to the waters. The main bedroom is a queen suite with all the comforts of home. The second bedroom is two twin beds with comfy lounging beanbag chairs. Large living room with WiFi TV, pool table for those nights in, and a very relaxing couch. Large restroom with a two-person shower.

Now accepting month-long bookings! Escape to our cabin which earned top-rated Airbnb in all of Kansas for a cozy, quiet getaway. Ideal for unwinding and rejuvenating after the demands of a hectic day. Enjoy scenic hiking trails, axe throwing, horseshoes, or a peaceful walk through our labyrinth. End the day with a stunning sunset over the valley from our swing. Just 5 minutes from the lake! Note: The cabin is on a shared property with a retreat center, Sacred Hearts Healing.

Koch Guesthouse

This spacious cabin sits on a small farm in Osage City, Kansas. It has all the amenities for a comfortable stay: loft bedroom with a queen bed, additional queen inflatable bed (17” high) downstairs and a twin bed downstairs. The cabin also has an open kitchen, bathroom with shower, wood-burning stove, surround-sound stereo and a TV (Netflix and YouTube available). You’ll have the entire place to yourselves. Be mindful that we often have cattle in the surrounding pasture.

Relaxing inside or enjoying the large decks that wrap the East side of the home one can often observe the abundant wildlife and views of the lake from the upperdeck. The enormous house can easily sleep 16 people at a time-perfect for a multiple family getaway weekend. Not one, not two, but three king bedrooms!

Charming lakefront cottage at Gardner Lake

Come enjoy a nice relaxing getaway at our lakefront cottage on Gardner Lake. Just steps away from the water! Fish off your own private dock (fishing poles not provided). Want to explore more of the lake? The paddleboat, canoe, and kayak are included in your stay! The home is conveniently located approximately 5 minutes from KC Winery and 1 minute from Gardner Golf course. No parties or gatherings are to be held at the lake house.
