Kathy's Kottage (near Legends)hot tub-fire pit

First of - Kathy’s Kottage offers a uniquely private, warm and inviting detached cottage. We are not a huge commercial venture, but owned, operated, maintained, and cleaned by hosts who live within 150 yards. The Kottage is our only offering. We charge a cleaning fee of $35 a stay, so there isn't a list of chores at check out. We take up to 4 hours between every stay to extensively clean and disinfect every surface. We are proud of the Kottage as shown in every review over the last four years.

Private deck with lighting is the perfect place to relax with family and friends! Free washer & dryer on site, fully stocked!

Ad Astra Place - Beautiful View of State Capitol

Located 2 blocks from the State Capitol Building and a 5 minute walk to Kansas Avenue, the main downtown street with many shopping and dining options, this apartment is roomy and comfortable. With one queen bed and a queen airbed available upon request, up to 4 people can sleep comfortably in this unit. The unit has been fully renovated and is part of an 18 unit building which was built in 1904. Modern features and amenities have been added to the apartment, the building, and the grounds.

Roosevelt is the perfect place for weekend stay to visit friends/family or longer if you are on a work assignment or in transition. 2 Queen bedrooms, 2 baths, and flex space w/ a day bed/ trundle. Comfortable living room, large dining room table & well equipped kitchen. Amazing beds, Washer/ Dryer for your use, and a HUGE fenced yard with room to spread out and let kids play. Firepit and outdoor dining too! A park for kids to play with plenty of running around space just around the corner!

Centrally Located Cozy Villa

Walk out basement has 2 bedrooms, a family room, a full bathroom and place to prepare meals without a stove. Access is through the back door and patio areas. There’s a low impact elliptical machine in the smaller of the two bedrooms. The private patio area has a grill, umbrella, table, chairs, a fire pit and a couple swing. Great for hours of relaxation and making memories,....for our booked guests only. (ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS). Please respect the owners and our neighbors.

Eleanor's Farmhouse

If you'd like to unplug & spend time on a Kansas Farm, this place is for you! The original 100 year old farmhouse has been modernized to feel cozy, yet still has its original charm. There is plenty of land to enjoy a walk, play games, star gaze, or start the firepit in our quaint tree grove. Although located *RIGHT ON* 75 hwy, the trees offer some seclusion from the highway. Very convenient for visiting the local lakes, traveling through, or just wanting to get out of the city.

Hospitality on Hedgewood!

Quaint home in the heart of everything you need! This 2 bedroom home is recently remodeled but kept some of the charm of yesteryear in a quiet neighborhood that makes it easy to get to the Hummer Sports Park, Topeka Civic Theater, the Hospital District, the revived Downtown, Topeka Zoo, and Washburn University, yet only 1.5 miles to I-70 if you are traveling and just need a spot to rest your head. Your travel companion will feel right at home too with the fenced in backyard!

Heartland Ranch, near Topeka, Kansas

Heartland Ranch is a short distance south of Topeka, We offer a unique quiet/private country stay. The lodging is a cowboy bunkhouse with "down-home comfort" casual country setting. We invite anyone who is "cowboy curious". This is not a "Disney" experience... frankly the farm "stay" isn't for everyone! Occupancy limited to online reservation. Be sure to review Kansas Laws for alcohol age use or illegal drugs list. No firearms are allowed on the Heartland Ranch property.

Relax in our newly remodeled first floor studio nestled in the back of the guesthouse garage w/ separate private entrance. Located within a 3 minute walk to the Rock Creek Marina where you can kayak, fish, jet ski, boat or fish off the dock. Golfing, hiking, biking, ATV trails are minutes away.

Historic Farmhouse ~ NOTO District ~ King Bed

Around the corner from the Historic NOTO District, is a refuge to unwind, with a nice blend of modern amenities with a respectful nod to its heritage. Though only a couple minutes from restaurants, businesses, shopping you feel like you are in the country. You are on almost 2 acres of land surrounded with mature trees, make yourself at home and enjoy the room to roam. Plenty of parking for multiple cars/trucks for work crews! Easy in and out.
